REVISED (see question at bottom): The thing that I heard that I found most important is it sounds like they have successfully addressed the petcoke buildup issue.
The operational issues will be resolved. Not expecting much for the rest of the year is probably realistic.
I heard nothing to suggest that there were major problems between the business and technology guys. They are all driving towards the same goal. That is a good thing if the perception is accurate.
Did anyone catch that list of HTF's that JB presented? Sounds good if they can get the cost down. But it is probably going to upset the guys who are already processing that stuff.
The P3 towers looked impressive. I hope the P3 performance is impressive.
Still think that once they get the locomotive up to speed that it won't be stopped.
Good to hear some sense of reality among posters. A little concerned that the pendulum has swung in the direction of too much pessimism.
Did like Rauber saying that they were reaching the point where institutional investment would be possible to replace the PIPEs.
I came in late, so only heard from where JB's presentation started. Hoping more than just 'wet plastic' was said by Bogolin.
From the other board:
a "cycle" for #2 is about 64 tons between clean-outs, or a whopping day-and-a-half at permitted rates
I could swear I heard JB say that P2 did not have petcoke buildup issues. Can someone explain the discrepancy?
