Okay, Mr. judges. You say you can refute it. LOL! You have refuted nothing.
1) No, Steve hasn't addressed my complaints "many times". In fact, he completely danced around the most important question I ever asked him. Instead of answering it, he labeled me a "basher" because I asked it. At the time I asked that question, I was a full supporter of his company. The moment I saw how Steve & his ego responded to that question was when I understood who Steve really was, and I was no longer a supporter. And since then, I've watched Steve's ego get in the way of what could have been many good things happening around here.
2) I have not implied a single time that insiders are dumping shares. I have implied that dilutive financing is taking place. That is different than the ridiculous argument the bashers on liehub are presenting of "insiders selling shares".
3) Silly goose, you say there is no "dilutive financing" and that I'm telling a half truth. Then you spend the next paragraph perfectly explaining exactly what a dilutive financing is. Do you even know what it means? "Dilutive financing" occurs when a company desperately needs cash to operate, so they offer up a huge pile of shares (typically offered at a 50-70% discount to the current market price) in return for cash. And you think this strategy is brilliant? Here's what you seem to be missing in all of this: in the world of OTC stocks, share structure is EVERYTHING! Steve has been caught in lie after lie as it relates to share structure. It doesn't matter WHAT a company is doing behind closed doors. If they can't manage the share structure, then it becomes quite difficult to successfully trade that stock for a profit.
4) Steve transparent? Wow. Should I make a list of all the things he was supposedly "transparent" about where we found out a few months later he was fabricating a lie or bending the truth? Seriously, transparent? Surely you don't really think that???
5) Label me a "basher" if you'd like. But honestly, I'm not a "basher". Bashers fabricate lies about a company so they can scare people into selling while they purchase cheap shares. I don't operate like that. I came onto this board a few days ago and clearly stated I was buying shares, but I still do not believe a single word the CEO says. And now the CEO strung people along for several days about releasing the 10k only to file an extension. He probably doesn't even realize it, but he played right into the "bashers" hands. I'd be willing to wager that "bashers" were buying shares yesterday and today.
I'll point this out again: I bought shares in the 8's, 7's, and again yesterday in the 3's. I think there is a chance to make a profit here. But I think Steve's approach with stringing people along about the 10k then filing an extension was disastrous. I still own every single share I've purchased over the past few days, but that still doesn't make me any more of a supporter of Steve and his huge ego. I cannot stand people who don't tell the truth.
