The confirmation hearings for HHS nominee Robert Kennedy, Jr. have been a firestorm of lunatic fringe zealots pounding the table for big pharma. The Senate is Lap Dog Central. EVERYBODY is taking money. The only question remaining is how much and from whom. He has passed the Senate committee hearing by the ‘skin of his teeth’ and will move onto a Senate confirmation vote. The current breakdown of the U.S. Senate is 53 Republicans, 45 Democrats, and 2 Independents and he needs only a simple majority to become the new HHS secretary. The next link is about DOGE sniffing around CMMS, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The ‘official’ abbreviation is CMS but in typical bureaucratic fashion, in their fantasy world, one (1) M really means two (2) M’s. CMMS is the mother lode of waste, abuse, and corruption. They are upset that anyone would dare make such an accusation b/c they know they ARE the mother lode of waste, abuse, and corruption. Funny how that works!

Where does this leave us, as in BIEL? Dr. Oz is the new CMMS Director. Will he and presumed HHS Secretary Kennedy ‘play nice’ and get us, BIEL, covered in the CMMS system? THAT is the million dollar question, literally speaking. CEO Kelly is on record as saying: “There is an agreement that requires our silence. That is all I can say.” Personally, I believe her. There are currently several irons in the fire - VA, Taiwan, Pet/Vet, NZ, others? Big pharma threatens us all. We, BIEL, are the antidote.
