The stock has almost doubled in the past few weeks

The stock has almost doubled in the past few weeks. It seems clear that lots of hedge funds and maybe other entities knew about this in advance. There are SO many opportunities for leaks from non-CYDY sources -- for instance, the people at SMC, and whoever the prospective partners are. I absolutely do not think CYDY people are responsible for any leaks.

I remember reading years ago about a JANITOR who got in trouble with the SEC because some hedge fund had paid him to go through the trash and also read any papers he could find in people's files and on desks, when he was cleaning on the overnight shift. Obviously it would be a lot harder now, with so much stuff on password-protected computers, but still, that shows you how easy it is for information to leak.
