His point was if that number is wrong and they have kept it up for this long, then they have a lawsuit on their hands if people were buying based on that number
I never thought of that. These days you can get sued for just about anything, and numerous people have sent inquiries to the Company and they haven't responded, so maybe there would be some liability there if they knew the info was false and didn't clear it up.
