Risk Vs Reward? So lets discuss the private placement! First it is NOT another White Lion Capital PPA as CEO Brian Thom alluded to! Second the long term shareholders as mentioned have been here for many years as I have. Third this reward is not guaranteed but it may have a conversion feature and stated interest rate. We may soon see if an 8k is provided for this material and significant event for UEEC? The long term investors of which I cannot identify nor spoken with are successful businessman and IMO do not accept risk without expectations! JMO and interpret the PR as I have no insider information but still believe good investment decisions and scrutiny has been made by investors as well as UEEC.
