Off hand (but I didn't watch any confirming hearings) I just don't believe RF Kennedy is the right person for that position. I also wonder with his medical speech impairment.if he is struggling to answer questions meaning does he know more than what was answered or was his speech in some way involved with him answering some questions wrongly.
