Well we have till Friday for a 13G/13D, which would be 10 calendar days.
13F would be filed February- March for Q1 2025 since it’s 45 days.
As far as any 8-k attached would be on Edgar by now but technically there are ways to delay it. One example would be the specific exemptions for deferring disclosure, often under Rule 406 or Regulation FD.
There are others but technically we still could see something in the coming days or weeks.
