Button Energy and American Industries $AZRH have executed the LOI to merger 100% of Button Energy into American Industries.
This merger will result in the addition of over $60 Million in revenue, $4.0 Million in EBITDA, over $24.0 Million in Gross Assets and $8.5 Million in net equity to American Industries.
