I have sold some of my restricted shares (obtained through Paulson) several times over the years - the last time was Dec 7, 2023 as it spiked that day. Each time this was done by calling the Fidelity Restricted shares group in Boston. They charged a flat fee of $32.95 per transaction no matter how many shares I sold. However, Fidelity STOPPED doing this for CYDY shares for several reasons. One is that they “usually” don’t allow shares to be sold if they are under 25 cents. Also - there is a lot of back and forth paperwork (especially for those shares in paper certificate form). So they did stop for now. Perhaps if our share price goes past 25 cents and stays there a while they’ll start allowing shareholder to sell again. Also - each time I wanted to sell I needed to open a trading window was usually lasted for 3-6 months. Hope this clarifies things.
