I would venture a guess that many projects are in the holding pattern waiting to see what the total collateral damage report is in regards to DEI and race based projects getting wiped out by the new administration.
That being said, the new POTUS has a proven track record in supporting the black community.
So once the smoke clears and the body count is done things can get moving again IMO, hopefully in a more efficient manner.
I also think Dalton is waiting on the Dream Exchange, which might prove to be fatal decision. Time will tell. July will be here before we know it.
Meantime, those buying are taking a calculated risk that these bargain shares will bring a windfall in the future.
