Additionally, we have included $GPLS and ATC Energy’s 2024 results (we are in discussions on a merger between both groups), and we have included the 2024 results for Button Energy under the assumption that we will consummate this merger by March 31, 2025.
These results do not include our upcoming mergers of 2 South Texas service companies which we intend to announce in the coming weeks as we finalize Due Diligence.
