Richard has some explaining to do. This press release was 5 months ago!!!! The JV is ALREADY purchasing battery material, processing it, and selling the resulting black powder. First shipment was in late June. Further arrangements for future shipments being made. Richard, what is going on here? 5 months is a short time to go from rosy to bleak.
