Look up the fake diploma scandal in Canada. It's all relevant. These big tech jobs advertise credential requirements and the pajeets will go get 'scam' diplomas where none of these skills are validated and then all apply for the same jobs. They go into the interviews, take notes of what is being asked, and then pool together to compare questions to come up with a literal flow chart of how to "beat" the interview. Eventually, the ones with some modicum of talent will get through the filter and immediately start screaming "RACIST!" when more pajeets are not hired which leads to more of them being brought in. From here they continue running support and interference for each other until one of them hits middle management then the ENTIRETY of the entry-level space at your company will be flooded with them. The interview is just a formality at this point. Once the pajeet reaches upper management it's game fucking over. This is a real, measurable problem tech companies are dealing with and they have to very cautious about in the current climate about how this is dealt with. Every single one of the executives in your industry is aware of this threat. From what I've heard the hard number is 25%. Once 1/4 of your labor is Indian you have passed the point of no return and it is only a matter of time until they take completely over.

Another problem here is the Caste system in India isn't a fucking meme. It's real. Thousands of years of ethnic conflict impressed into a social system designed to keep the peace starts manifesting itself IN YOUR WORK SPACE. If you hire someone from a certain group you can almost guarantee that every other hire will also be from that specific group. Lower tier departments will be staffed with the dregs while only the most affluent will be considered for promotion. American companies are turning into literal satellite states for the pajeet caste system. It's bonkers.

There are other programs to bring people like that into America, the H1B program is aimed at regular workers, it even applies to people that pick tomatoes. And he knows this, which is why he's being dishonest and conflating H1B with hiring the 0.1%, when what he's after is cheap entry level labor to drive down costs at his unprofitable companies.
