I think that Steve Samblis, based on our past experience with him, is doing the right thing. I do not think these two PR's are what the count down was for. I agree they appear to be fluff. I believe that Steve is starting to release PR's about a lot of things and that these are just the beginning. He has been harshly criticised and personally attacked by some people on ihub, and I believe that, despite his usual charismatic demeanor, he is issuing the fluff first with a huge build up to rattle them. Steve knows that the truely long term investors will not be rattled simply because we know a lot more is in the works and that it is worth the wait. I personally think that if I am right, it is a beautiful thing. My bet is that the next PR will come very soon and will be a huge one.

It is also possible that something got hung up and it may take longer than expected to be able to release one of the big PR's, but in my experience thus far, he has been very careful to not "jump the gun", so I believe that this is all part of the big grand scheme he has laid out for us. Remember, he said that he wanted to bore the flippers to death and build a slow steady increase in PPS so as to retain real long term investors. I think he knows exactly what he is doing and it is going according to plan.
