Still can't address one thing I have stated. You don't understand what market cap is and even said that it was unrelated to the share count. I explained that to you. Actually for your understanding - Market cap is the only thing that matters as a benchmark to start with for the valuation of the company. It doesn't matter if there are 5 shares or 5 billion shares.
