I think it would have a very good chance of clearing amyloid plaques in the heart just as it would in the brain. Both types of accumulation are based on a superstructure that involves collagen and MMP (matrix metalloproteinase) driven fibronectin. Both are also involved in fibrosis and both would be downregulated by leronlimab.
