They are preferred shares. They have existed for years. They sold 3m recently and bought 6m at .065. If you point is they are going to sell all their shares from .0234, then why would they take even more money out of their pocket to buy more shares.

I am asking for the change in numbers and discussing market cap. That is where any impact of dilution would occur,
The market cap would stay the same, the PPS would drop if the share count went up in a theoretical same ratio. I am not making this up. This is basic stuff.
