if i'm snpw, i'd have lil jimmy arrested before any funding takes place.
what investors would want lil jimmy turning into an imposter, again (like Moss threat incident and Fox harassment), and terrorizing business partners, with more threats and harassment, while impersonating an internet securities lawer (lawyer lol)?
how sick is that? let's hope Moss presses charges too.
