The answer is yes, but the patient's insurance company won't pay for it.
Since the patient received a prescription from his physician, the pharmacy would honor it, but the insurance company would not because it was not prescribed for the approved indication. So, if the patient is willing to pay for the drug him / her self, the pharmacy would then dispense the medication.
