How typical that the LIAR known as Wallstreet James is now attempting, and poorly at that, to reinvent has idiotic narrative.
No eejit, an RS doesn't result in a decrease in the PPS but in fact results in its increase quantitatively but remains proportionally the same.
It's the Market sentiment and the resulting buying pressure, or lack thereof that decides which direction the PPS ultimately goes.
