Yeah no big deal. He just ignores investors on this site and posts on the clown board with all the other clowns. Says it WILL be filed by 3/29. Pushed off the investor meeting. Came back again this weekend saying its not due till today... Now pushing it off... Say what you want but there is no way he did not know this weekend it wouldn't be done today. Just like there's no way he didn't know the market wasn't open on the 29th. It's an integrity issue. Used to I could understand Steve doing what's best for the investors... But when you're not talking to the investors and are instead spending time posting to "bashers" instead... Then purposely misleading the real investors... ??? That's an issue. I've defended him how many times ? Now today the April fools arent Pluto or Rich or any of the other people... The fools are us. The ones who have been loyal and supported him. This is a smack in the face to us and a home run for the "bashers" who constantly criticize the company. Why would any new investor want to stay after today and not sell? Why would any new investor want to buy? Facts are facts and the fact is the pps is deteriorating again. He answers the bashers all the time on the other board. Where are our answers? Should we get them from them? apparetly at least one of them knew Steve was going to file late. Maybe he's ok with people laughing in his face but I for one am not.
