The minimum allocation is: 25 million dollars in terms of grants or easy loans, which SNPW needs to start its projects. It has been 1 year now. Bureaucracy got in the way. Now, they’re in a hurry to release money! The green bank had about 27 billion dollars at one point to spend mostly on solar projects just like SNPW’s! Job creation is both Nick’s and the government’s priority. I’ve no idea why they’re wasting time!!!
