My question here is, what's your motive? You have presented many many bad facts about UNVC and Dalton and wont stop. ANDDDD you have made it clear you think this is a bad investment. Most people, invest knowing the stock market in general is a huge risk, understanding with that comes possible loss of whatever you invested. So I hate to be rude or blunt, but why are you still here if you're totally against it and think its a bad investment?
Myself, I dont have the time or patience to deal with extra noise or bs. If I invest and make, great, if I invest and lose, fine. I move myself to next the opportunity and forget about it. Because that's what most grown ups do. I don't whine or complain or try to bash the CEO or company because frankly Id rather spend my time doing productive things. That's not productive to me. Just my 2 cents. You want to speak logic, I am trying to be as fair and logical as can be here.
