Take a deep breath.

Folks: this is a delay.  The auditors are taking longer than expected.  Yes, it would have been nice if Steve let us know that it looked like there could be delays, but it doesn't change anything about the company.

We own a TV station that is generating income.  We have a strong business relationship with ClearVision, which will generate ever increasing revenue over the coming months & years.  People also get all upset about the pace that ClearVision is opening at airports & blame Steve.  Nothing he can do about it.  But its coming.  For sure.

This is a delay in the official paperwork.  The market does not like it.  But it doesn't change where this compnay is heading.

We've been waiting months & months for things to turn around.  Now we have to wait 2 more weeks.  Ask yourself: does that really change anything?  Do you really think that suddenly Punch TV is going away?  Do you really think the ClearVision partnership is going away?

I sure don't think so.
