Leronlimab can only block the door to CD4. It can not go after the hidden HIV within the reservoirs and neither can the immune system go after those hidden viruses.
After all, the reservoir is where the HIV initially went into hiding, evading the immune system, escaping death, waiting for the immune suppressed opportunity to re-emerge in order to invade CD-4 T-Cells in order to replicate, only to be blocked once again by the AAV leronlimab which is in its way.
So no, I don't believe AAV eradicates reservoirs alone. But, I could be wrong.
