I’ll chime in on Dr Richard Pestell being announ

Personally, I’ve mea culpa(ed) myself blue in the face about blindly supporting Nader bc I overvalued his passion and enthusiasm. Also I got into this bc my Atlanta friends had close connections to Scott Kelley and Klump (remember him?). So water under the bridge and nobody steps in the same river twice.
Fast forward to Pestell, I’ve yet to mea culpa about all of negative views I’ve built up about the man.
It’s fairly obvious that he is at least these two things. Very distilled as an expert oncologist, and very charming as a communicator.
When I compare Nader to Pestell then, they only had one of those in common. And now, maybe none.
My main complaint was not Prostogene. It was the rumored submarining of a cancer trial protocol in an FDA meeting that was requested and submitted by Cytodyn under the Nader C Suite. I thought it was, if true, exceptionally deceitful to ‘sabotage’ Cytodyn’s trial protocol in the FDA meeting.
I now know the source of the story I relate regarding that FDA meeting was representing the company side, can’t say who exactly originated it. I now know Nader was many things including a promoter and under-qualified pharmaceutical CEO.
Did Pestell deserve the shares he sued for? His contract and the manner of his firing says yes. The court says yes. I can’t blame him for suing.
I offer no mea culpa regarding my comments about Pestell because I was pissed he undercut us in front of the FDA.
But now, I wonder if he had tried to convince Nader previous to that meeting, got shut down by an ignorant promoter, and then had no choice but act in a conscientious way. Then get wrongly fired, sue for shares, and now get re-engaged by Dr Jay, and incredibly passionate and qualified brand new pharmaceutical CEO.
So no mea culpa. But I’m feeling good about engaging more best in field experts.
