Was an exciting day.
Weekend off, Jury deliberates Monday.
Quick synopsis in the form of bullet points and random thoughts which may or may not have already been presented by @JeffINEEDMORETIMEMurray (thanks for posting today)
prosecutor was week and quite frankly, I felt like she did a decent job,but when a prosecutor goes first, you ought to feel like they should convict I felt like it was 50 50 at the time
Essentially saying that Naders pressure to get BLA stemmed from his desire to sell. Very dry presentation and elementary. A lot of weak arguments especially when it came to KKs warrants and the fact that he put them in his wife's nam. After she was done, she got chastised by judge as Victor already relayed from my texts. That was important because the judge said that the FDA was among competing opinions and not the only or final opinion about the BLA filing as Alice Chen and Khush had already filed and stated that they felt they had enough info to file when they did
