I'd normally reserve my opinion based on performance...Butt,...as a consultant with connections...it would be difficult to guage.
Having him onboard, is better than having him shoot salvos across the bow. We could do worse.
Dr. Jay isn't a fool...pack the house with PhD's...window dressing is important,...IF you want to sell anything.
