Not surprised by Pestell. It was always Nader who was the problem. Remember the leaked video from Jay talking about how Nader wouldn't listen to anyone and had zero medical training or knowledge of the FDA. Nader was always looking for a shortcut and ran off those who weren't on board with him.
I don't take much solace that Nader will go to jail now, but the fact is he cost all of us longtime shareholders irreparable- probably millions of dollars in value that I will never get back because we have diluted down and will continue to do so. Nevermind the years that have now passed since we sat in position to advance our product to commercialization..
We have no choice but to trust Dr. JL, because if he fails, this whole deal is likely sunk.
