obviously, who can afford $2.50 a share to short millions of shares in pennyland ? NOT RETAIL INVESTORS, only BIG Firms like MM's or OFFSHORE ENTITIES even PROP Firms, can do so since they have the funding power.
So Simple, reason why some MM's or Firms has other branches in other countries, wonder why ? hmmmm .... They wear SHORT SHORTS .. LOL

$2,500,000 in the Margin account with wealthy MM's and investors to short 1 Million shares below $2.50, but only $400 is deducted. The risk is not $2,500,000. This is to keep shorting small companies at a minimum.
