This guy is so sincere, it is hard not to believe him. ..."the best next step, one after another"..., and that's what he's done. Sincerity and desire never guarantee the right results, but it sure is hard to achieve them without sincerity and desire.
Two goals:

It's good to remember why most of us are here, especially on a low, slow day. Isn't the annual meeting this Friday, 11/22?
