Sure I knew 15-12g. He didn't sell the shares

He didn't sell the shares. Sure he took 1.1 billion shares plus he took another 186(?) million shares a couple years ago. Does anyone think he was going to merge his private companies into a public company that he owned less than 1%(?) of the stock? He could have taken a lot more shares but he did not. He still owns those shares, never SOLD any, just follow the financials. Yes, a hundred million of his shares disappeared a year ago but they sure were not sold in the open market.
Note, don't forget Dr Dalton's companies are his PRIVATE companies and we are publicly traded. You posted 5 'rules' so I probably don't have to explain that to you but I still have to remind many readers the SEC has a REAL problem mixing the two.
I seldom post any more so don't expect any more responses. Hope this is helpful.
