The reason I don't wonder about the following is because they basically all been answered.

I wonder why snpw is delinquent on their filings and when they will become current. They reported last September they were working on filings. I wonder when they will become current.(Because there isn't any significant current events to report, if you don't have anything to report why waste the money reporting nothing, I am sure if/when something significant starts happening we will be informed though filings )
