IMHO. Don't think the current situation is going away anytime soon. Things have always turned out to be worse than one can imagine. Always remember you're looking in (actually you're blind) from the outside. More important than ever to put the final due diligence pieces together. Waiting on the next tweet because you see get a delinquent filling get filed. Unless someone else signs off on it. Someone lost a pair in the process. The curtain has been drawn.
