Anyone figure out the 3rd vertical yet? It's now mentioned in at least 3 PRs over the last 2 months.
So here's what we know.
1. It's a standalone Business Unit similar to how GoFundYourself is structured.
If you ever played 20 questions ruling out something can be a big clue. Because this is a separate BU, it's unlikely that is a add-on to TikTok as an example. Likely something significant.
2. It already exists and generating revenue. So why can't we find it? Are we looking in the wrong places? We get it's in stealth mode, but the crack team of iHang investor sleuths here have been almost 100% in uncovering things.
3. Verb is refining the "user experience". That means it's consumer facing. That means the consumer can engage instead of just viewing.
4. "We believe this business represents an explosive revenue growth opportunity in one of the fastest-growing business sectors"
B2C solutions can have explosive growth compared to B2B. So now we know it's target market is a business sector. Which one?
5.) "some may think is the most exciting of the three, with the greatest upside for VERB and its stockholders"
Who is the some? I don't even know what it is. I want to be part of the some to judge if I agree it has the greatest upside.
6.) Is this new vertical an evolution of something that existed before? For example, GoFundYourself evolved from the experiences of 2 Minute Drill, but 100x better with more revenue potential. Does the new vertical have roots in something today or completely new?
7.) Is this anything TV related? I suspect GoFundYourself may be on Apple TV one day like 2 Minute Drill. All these platforms are staving for content. Especially content they don't have to create.
