$HHSE BLOG: Awaiting OTC Markets publication of HHSE Q3 Filings

Greetings HHSE Friends - The Q3 financials were scheduled to be uploaded yesterday (Nov. 14) to the OTC Markets portal. However, Hannover House recently changed our subscription with the OTC Markets from semi-annual renewal to an ANNUAL renewal fee (which saves money).
We were not informed until yesterday that the change in subscription status requires a modified subscription agreement signed by Hannover House. This was discovered when we attempted to upload the Q3 report and were not granted access. Fortunately, the OTC Markets team helped and provided the new subscription letter, which we promptly signed and returned. All that we're waiting on now is for their team to re-open the access so that our filings can resume.
We have been told that this minor delay in filing will not result in a change to our "PINK" status.
If the delay from the OTC Markets is not resolved by the close-of-business today, we will post the Q3 results here, as part of our commitment for timely and fully transparent reporting for our shareholders.
