It's also a fallacy to believe no one is making money. How many times have we seen the stock dip down, all of a sudden people realize it's crazy cheap (i.e. cash value is way higher) and then all of a sudden, it's a now brainer to buy. Then the float gets rinsed multiple times up to 40 or more and then we do the same thing again.

Stockholders’ Equity: $18.03 million.
Cash value alone is more than twice the market cap. Fine more more stocks like that and I'll take a serious look at them as well.
