I have read years of posts on several platforms, still having a problem finding the "definitive" answer, for final and permanent changes in the healthcare sector.
Mr. Dalton alludes to so many aspirations, but it ends there. He shows feelings, emotions, wanting to do something with excitement beaming from his dialogue,
Its like you lounging with your partner, spoof he says "That sunset is incredible!"
yes it is, but soon it fades behind the tree tops, never seen again. Tomorrow is a new sunset.
In my simple opinion this has been happening with Mr. Dalton for a few years now.
Maybe others have the answer, that could wrap it all up in one basket, I could be missing something amazing, just to blind to see it.
