The dolts that keep citing SNPW's currently assigned "YIELD" sign should do a bit more investigating into how many $Million/Billion$ dollar companies (mostly foreign) are also operating under the said designation.
While this is not the optimum position for SNPW to currently be in, its very far from the, "sky is falling" situation our hapless, Low IQ Muppets make it out to be, and it will all be quickly rectified once the promised filings are eventually submitted.
Toyota Industries Corp. (Ticker: TYIDF / TYIDY) is merely one example (out of 100s) of such cases that clearly indicates how companies can navigate this situation while trading on the OTC.
