Hands down, post of the day - below. The excuse man is at it again. While none of it passes the logic test, my favorite quote from the rambling is:

Quote:
One could also assume that if the company were going to need to sell shares it would be selling shares for financing a project which would add to the market value of the company.

Guess he is forgetting that hundreds and hundreds of millions of shares have been issued with not only no increase in valuation, a substantial decrease in valuation. History has proven the above statement to be false.

Quote:
Let's say there was no RS and the company wanted 5 billion shares at it's discretion, with over 50.1% of the voting shares with a simple stoke of the pen and there they are 5 billion new shares.

So your point is moot..

You are right currently there are roughly 1 billion shares new shares to use at their discretion, but what nobody knows is what that discretion might be.

First you don't know what price those shares will be sold at, which greatly will determine how many out of the billion will be needed to sell.

At $1.00 a share it only take 1 million shares to raise a million dollars at 2 dollars it would only take 500,000 shares and at 10 dollars it would only take 100,000 shares , while at 0.002 cents it would take 500,000,000 shares

One could also assume that if the company were going to need to sell shares it would be selling shares for financing a project which would add to the market value of the company.

Second: for all we know that discretion may be a forward split a very plausible scenario as well.

t's been almost a year since the infamous 4K-1 RS and yet after all the screaming about dilution, not a single share has been added to the OS.

My opinions.
