I got a surprise this morning, I had a post taken down for Quote "needless anxiety".
There is a lot of "controversy" about the private companies of Mr. Daltons being merged with UNVC.
I was told that Mr. Daltons private companies were private and no one could collect any information to prove the legitimacy of the companies, all I did was explain how the information can be collected.
I would think investors would truly be interested in the information, at this time it is very questionable of their legitimacy.
Maybe I know or maybe not, but I'm not at liberty to post anything pertaining to them at this time.
Thank you for allowing me to post here. It is very simple the CEO could be honest with shareholders.

A little background on gathering information on companies, owners.
Its called, the process of gathering discovery documents and sending interrogatories, before lawsuits are filed, to help eliminate going to trial.
Both party's are allowed to do so.
Most are settled before trial which helps the defendant keep it from public knowledge.
This is all I will say.
