Elon Musk has a factory in China, the Shanghai Gigafactory, which is Tesla's largest manufacturing plant outside of the United States:

Capacity: The factory can produce over 750,000 vehicles per year
Production: The factory mainly produces the Model 3 and Model Y
Exports: The factory is the primary production site for Tesla vehicles exported to regions without a Gigafactory
