Quote:
NO BUSINESS, HENCE AS OF TODAY THERE IS NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
A conflict of interest doesn’t require no business/revenue etc to dismiss it as a conflict. Conflicts exist on a much broader scale.
For example, A conflict could easily exist if a senior executive of Company A helped set up a competitive Company B. Helping to establish a Plan for Company B, a product roadmap for Company B, anything considered to be to the detriment of Company A etc could be considered a conflict. There could also be a violation of fiduciary responsibility etc.
The mere fact there is no revenue, but a sign that says coming soon, would indicate work is progressing for something coming soon - somebody is doing something. Do you think it reasonable for CEOs of start ups to be involved in the start up?
My opinions.
