Freedom of speech is on this ballot. UK-like rules, imprisonments for violations seem imminent with Kamala
Quote:

The war on free speech in the United States has kicked into high gear and if Kamala Harris is elected, you ain’t seen nothing yet.

Journalist Tom Elliott created a supercut of leftists railing against the First Amendment and free speech because it gets in the way of their political agenda. Elon Musk, a free-speech absolutist who rescued Twitter and gave conservatives their voices back, sent it out to make the point that if Harris becomes president, the Left fully intends to silence as many as they can.

“We are living in very, very scary times,” the audio says, pointing to the UK, which has been imprisoning thousands for being allegedly guilty of misinformation, disinformation, or malinformation. All of which are defined by the leftist powers that be. That also includes misgendering someone. Scotland has employed hate crimes that put people away for calling someone by the wrong gender.

As an example, one commentator told a leader that 3,300 people were arrested last year in the UK for things they said on social media. That is a look into what could be coming to America. We are already imprisoning those who purportedly block access to abortion clinics.

Democrats are just itching to penalize speech online as well and it has already happened in certain instances. Douglass Mackey went to prison for Twitter trolling. “A Florida man is heading to federal prison for disseminating trollish memes during the 2016 election season that prosecutors alleged ‘deprive[d] people of their constitutional right to vote,'” Reason reported.
