The waiting is difficult Disco, I tend to agree with Rick Staelin's statement from the 10/16 Update,
"These discussions are in different stages of progress, from discussing final approval and registration, to initial exploration of possible interest. Given our product offerings' unique advantages and regulatory requirements, these discussions often take a long time, especially with major distributors with multiple levels of management review."
The bigger the deal the longer it is going to take to complete.
The company with 1,000 pet clinics that is reviewing RecoveryRx appears to be the deal closest to completion from what BIEL has shared with investors in Updates.
Kelly's 7/30 post was " There is an agreement that requires our silence. That is all I can say." This sounds like a completed deal that requires non-disclosure until the partner is ready. This looks like a different deal than the pet clinics.
If you are into following 'bread crumbs', those have been sprinkled around regarding a global retail medical products company, Haleon, and a large EU pharmacy conglomerate, Phoenix Group, with 3,300 stores.
