The case for an Alzheimer's trial - We will be

We will be starting a phase 2 mssCRC trial soon, most likely lasting a year. There will also be an Alzheimer's pilot study starting around the same time. We should receive results almost simultaneously. If we only have enough money to start one trial should it be a phase 3 mssCRC or phase 2 Alzheimer's?
A mssCRC approval for third line treatment could bring in tens of millions in revenue. Nice, but it would mean very few new trials starting. An Alzheimer's phase 2 trial would have a very high chance of conditional approval if the trial is appropriately sized and would mean revenue potentially over a billion. A billion would not only mean a huge rise in the stock price but a very large expansion of trials. The more approvals the greater boon to humanity even after exclusivity is gone.
