Any new side companies set up this month?
Why isn’t MSW Recycler, side company set up in 2018, advertising the same business model as snpw former subsidiary, Medrecycler, now owned, outright, by snpw’s ceo >>>> NOT a snpw subsidiary?

Why isn’t SolRay, side company set in 2023, advertising the same business model as current subsidiary, Sun Pacific Power, also owned by same snpw/Sun Pacific Power ceo, >>>> NOT a Snpw subsidiary?

Maybe the ceo, of a public company (snpw) needs to fully disclose any and all conflicting business dealings or ownership directly and indirectly related to Sun Pacific Holding and its shareholders.
Anyone want to discuss potential tortious interference, by a ceo, related to non-disclosed (no 8-Ks/No board approvals, No % of ownership) business dealings, promotions, ownership to shareholders. These were identified through due diligence because they have not been disclosed by the ceo for 6 years and 1 year respectively.
