In the case of snpw, Oh, you mean like open West Warwick Town council meets and West Warwick planning board meets which were open to both the citizens of West Warwick and East Greenwich which the company did starting 2 years before the RI-DEM letter of intent to approve.
snpw likely would have had a chance to address issues if they had experience in these transactions. They didn’t and it failed. You tube video history clearly shows SNPW provided an expert engineer in the field to answer all technical question regarding the project.
