Zailo, it is signed to keep persons from getting sensitive information not in the public arena and then acting on it for their gain ahead of those that did not receive the information.
The 30 days indicates to me that the information discussed will be acted upon by the company or discarded by the company within that time frame.
The release of the discussed information in a pr or other public news outlet voids the NDA.
